SPORTS

Give your child a foundation of skills and team orientation through basketball, baseball, t-ball, soccer, volleyball and more. Most Y sports programs are seasonal. All are designed to make each child a winner in their own right. Adult leagues of varying degrees of competitiveness can bring the joy of sports back to life. |
HEALTH & FITNESS

YMCA Health Enhancement programs do great things for not only your body, but your mind and spirit as well. These medically based activities are designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, strength and endurance. And yes, they promote weight control as well. There are programs for all levels of fitness. |
AQUATICS

Whether it's learning to swim, working toward a life guard certification or getting fit in a low impact atmosphere, the YMCA has an aquatics program for you. |

MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES
YOUTH: 17 years & younger
COLLEGE STUDENT: full time student
ADULT: ages 18 to 59
FAMILY: as defined by the Internal Revenue Service
SINGLE PARENT FAMILY: one parent living in the house with his / her dependent children
SENIOR ADULT: 60 years or older
SENIOR FAMILY: at least one of the married partners is 60 years old or older
