For Children Ages 4 and Up * Adults & Teens Age 13 and Up

Children Ages 4-6 "Tiny Tigers" teaches young children basic Taekwondo fundamentals,

teamwork, cooperation, stranger danger and life skills.

Children Ages 7-13  Students learn at their own pace the traditional Taekwondo forms, self-defense

techniques, conflict resolution strategies, teamwork, cooperation, and sparring.

You don't need to be a kid to enjoy the physical and mental benefits of Taekwondo

Adults and Teens Age 13 and Up  Songahm Taekwondo includes an exciting curriculum of real life self

 defense techniques, traditional Taekwondo forms and sparring practice, making it a workout you look forward

to. Taekwondo is a great way to relieve tension, increase stamina and muscle tone, lose weight, gain

confidence, and improve coordination.
